More than just a card
Good Afternoon Crafters, hope your having a lovely weekend, I can't believe the weather we are having here in N.Ireland, I got up with the sun shining and headed into town with just a cardigan on (obviously I also had jeans, shoes etc lol) but an hour later the hailstones were pounding down on me and back to the car with a red raw face and a head full of Ice brrrr, feeling better now as I'm sitting here with my cuppa and the Grand National on the tele. Have any of you backed a horse this year? Well I'm cheering for the ladies this year Katie Walsh on Seabass, you go girl!
Anyway onto my cards today, I have made two little gift cards, I love these little creations, I can't take credit for the design of the cards as I found the design on You tube a couple of years ago but I don't tire of making them and as vouchers are so popular these days for gifts these cards make the perfect packaging.
What do you think of the Papers? Another little sneaky peek into the Summer Mini that is coming up 1st May, I'm loving these colours! I have used the 'Triple Treat Flower' stamp on the bellyband of these cards, remember you can get coordinating punches with this little stamp, Fancy Flower, 5 Petal Flower and 1/2 Circle Punch. Well I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend whatever you are doing , hope the sun is shining on you and for N.Ireland Crafters.......don't be fooled, bring a coat! x

Birthday Printed Petals
Hi Crafters, I thought I’d get something onto my blog today as it has been a while from my last post, I’ve just been so busy with classes, not complaining I’m loving it but unfortunately my blog has suffered. I made this little card for my class tonight, its a beginners class so its nice and simple. I have used the stamp set ‘Printed Petals’ and as you can see I used one of the stamps with versamark and white embossing powder to make a stamped background. Using Stampin’ write markers I’ve coloured the little flower border stamp and used the ‘Itty bitty shape’ punches to punch them out to make a cute bouquet. The ‘Happy birthday’ sentiment stamp is from the ‘For my family’ stamp set (I’m never without this set at my classes, always at the ready for ladies to personalise their cards). I have a good few cards and projects to upload, I’ll see how far I get today and maybe get some more uploaded later. Happy Crafting!

Marry Me
Hi there, hope your all keeping well, I have been having a few problems with my computer lately, spilled coffee argh, so it now has a life of its own, I'm just praying i get through this post lol. This is a card I've made with the 'Marry Me' stamp set from the new spring mini catalogue, I love this stamp set, so romantic, check out what stamps you get in the set by clicking here. The colour combo I've used is Party Pool and Crumb Cake, a beautiful combination, the decorative label punch coordinates with this set giving the sentiment a gorgeous scroll border.

Tissue Box Cover
Hi Peeps, happy new year to you all, life is only just getting back to normal for me after the Christmas period, I have been crafting like crazy throughout but haven,t found the time to post. So here I am with a little tissue box cover that i made way back in December, seems a long time ago now. I have used the gorgeous Mocha Morning speciality papers again as they are my absolute favourite papers at the moment and the little stamp which I layered up is called Triple Treat Flower, all from Stampin Up of course, this little stamp is sold on its own and the fancy flowers, 5 petal flower and 1/2 circle punch co ordinate with it perfectly, so no cutting out at all, quick and easy. The cardstock and ribbon are both Crumb Cake colour which are the perfect match for these papers. To find out how to make a tissue box cover there are a few tutorials on you tube, have a go they really transform boring old tissue boxes.

Christmas Candle Table Display
Hi Crafters, Just wanted to pop on some pics of my Christmas table centrepiece, now its not completely finished yet as I have to add some greenery around the bottom but I will be leaving that until the 23rd of December to keep it nice and fresh so I will take another picture of my centrepiece when it is complete. I made this using bits and bobs I had around the house, things all us crafters gather up, dried flowers, Christmas decorations, twine, string, ribbon and a little wooden heart I found in my stash which i distressed and stamped onto. How are your Christmas preparations coming along? I still have loads of shopping to do but I always get there in the end. Happy Crafting. x
